How to use “case when…” and ISNULL together

Hi guys, I have a column that has blank values, – , and NULL values and just normal text values. I’m trying to make all the blank, – and NULL values in 0 while keeping all the normal values as is. I can either do the first two or the NULL values only but not all of them. any help? Here is what I have so far. I tried inserting ISNULL ( [Family Level 2],0) into a seprate case statement, also into the current case statement, as well as making it into a when statement

 CASE When[Family Level 2]='' THEN '0' when[Family Level 2]= '-' THEN '0' ELSE [Family Level 2] end as FamilyLevel
