Problem – ROR: Insufficient PCI Resources Detected!!!
Problem is because 4G Decoding is disabled in bios, enable it to resolve problem
Resolved by
BIOS > Advanced > PCIe/PCI/PnP Configuration > Above 4G Decoding and set it to Enabled.
