Is it acceptable to use React component libraries for a portfolio project? (Material UI)

I’m deploying a car dealership web app with a customer-facing Nextjs and admin-facing CRA apps and they are pretty well-customized I think, as well as using a lot of hand built components.

The sites are using Firebase on the backend for database and image storage.

My only fear is that making use of Material-UI for the component architecture is going to look bad to employers. Will employers look down on a deployed freelance project if it has been built using Material UI components?
