Custom form options

My boss wants me to make a form for cash balancing. The user enters the actual cash, credit, check and voids on hand then presses a button which then gets the same data from our system and checks that they match. If they don’t match the user has to enter a reason and that information has to go to accounting. If it does match, the completed form is saved. Any ideas on how to make this happen? SharePoint online.
